WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Classic Vending LLC operates a vending services business. We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, utilize our social networks and social media platforms, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. Additionally, we collect information from other parties, including business parties and affiliates regarding purchase histories and search histories. When inquiring or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. We may also collect geolocation data, used to identify your location for use of our location-specific services. You may however, visit our site
anonymously. Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the "Do we use cookies?" section below for information about cookies and how we use them.
Non-HIPAA Health Data (My Health My Data)
We do not, generally, collect your "consumer health data" as part of our normal operations. However, under certain state laws related to foodborne illnesses, we may reach out to you for more information in the event you notify us of a problem in our goods or services. You may, at your option and with your explicit consent, include certain health data when answering questions about your incident such as information about your symptoms and/or documentation from a doctor. This information is not collected or used for any purpose other than to comply with relevant food safety and state health department laws and regulations. We do not sell this data. We do not share it with third parties other than these relevant government entities, and then only upon their request. We keep this information only for a period no longer than applicable retention requirements, after which it is deleted. You may withdraw your consent, or ask
that this information be deleted or anonymized, by emailing us at [email protected].
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
- To quickly process your transactions.
- To administer contest, promotion, survey or other site features.

DO WE USE "COOKIES"?

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
HOW CAN YOU OPT-OUT, REMOVE OR MODIFY INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO US?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]. Please note that due to email distribution schedules you
may receive any emails already in distribution.
To delete all of your online account information form our database, please email us at [email protected]. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
